Our practice focuses on federal statutory claims, including trying federal employment claims before the EEOC, MSPB and U.S. Courts.  In addition, we handle claims arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act, the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act.

We also provide services such as EEO investigations, administrative inquiries and fact finding, as well as discrimination and EEO procedural training for select federal agencies, including the Department of Energy and the Department of the Interior.
