Our practice focuses on statutory claims, including trying federal employment claims before the EEOC, MSPB and U.S. Courts. We handle claims arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act, Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act.
We also provide services such as EEO investigations, administrative inquiries and fact finding, as well as discrimination and EEO procedural training for select federal agencies including the Department of Energy and the Department of the Interior.
We’ve witnessed the disparity in power and resources between the individual claimant, often the underdog, and claims against the government. We are here to help guide and defend the rights of a federal employee, in whatever capacity needed.
